渣油加氢转化过程结焦催化剂的表征 被引量:21

摘要 采用热重 (TG)、差热分析 (DTA)、扫描电镜 能谱仪 (SEM EDS)、低温氮吸附、元素分析等技术对渣油加氢过程中的结焦催化剂进行了表征。结果表明 ,焦炭的元素组成随反应条件呈现动态变化。结焦催化剂表面焦炭沉积和孔道堵塞现象严重 ,比表面积大量损失 ,孔分布向小孔范围迁移。稀释剂的加入可显著影响焦炭沉积状态和沿催化剂颗粒的径向分布。催化剂上沉积的焦炭可分为低温型和高温型两种 ,前者燃烧放热集中在 35 0℃左右 ,后者集中在 4 The coked catalyst of residual hydroconversion process was studied by using TG, DTA, SEM EDS, low temperature N 2 adsorption and elementary analysis. It was shown that the composition of the formed coke changed dynamically with reaction conditions. For the coked catalyst, the surface was covered greatly with coke deposition, the pores were obviously blocked, the specific surface area decreased and the pore size distribution shifted to the small pore end. The deposition state and distribution of coke were affected observably by the addition of thinner. The deposited coke was divided into two types: high temperature type burning mainly at 350 ℃ and low temperature type burning mainly at 480 ℃.
