摘要
通过工业试生产,较好的掌握了RUF催化剂载体滚球成型工艺.总结了各种控制因素对成型的影响,并对其原理作了透彻的剖析.生产实践表明,催化剂载体Al2O3滚球成型过程中各种因素都对最后成球品质有着重要的影响,其中水量的控制、滚球转速和鼓风量是最关键的因素.滚球成型制备工艺提供了一种新的催化剂载体成型技术.
Through the first production on industry scale, the process of molding by rolling is mastered. It is shown that many factors have influence on the quality of the final product, especially the amount of water, rotating speed and the amount of wind. The process of molding by roiling gives a new way to make catalysts or their carriers.
