渣油加氢脱金属催化剂RDM-2的研究 被引量:9

摘要 根据渣油中Ni和V化合物的加氢反应机理,对催化剂孔结构和形状等进行设计,并通过新的制备技术研制和开发了RDM-2渣油加氢脱金属催化剂。以伊朗常压渣油和沙中常压渣油为原料在中型固定床反应器上评价了工业试生产的RDM-2催化剂和国外同类参比剂的性能。结果表明,RDM-2催化剂的脱金属活性和脱硫活性明显好于国外参比剂,在达到相同脱金属率和脱硫率的情况下,反应温度低10℃以上。该剂已成功应用于工业渣油加氢装置。 A resid hydro-demetallization catalyst RDM-2 had been researched and developed on the basis of hydro-demetallization reaction mechanism of the nickel and vanadium compounds, designed from the pore structure and shape, and prepared using new technology . The performance evaluation of RDM-2 catalyst prepared from commercial trial compared with same type imported reference catalysts were carried out using Iranian AR and Saudi Arabian medium AR as feedstocks in a pilot scale trickle bed reactor. The results showed that RDM-2 was more active in demetallization and desulfurization than the references. When achieving the same removal rates of metal and sulfur, RDM-2 was at least 10℃ lower in reaction temperature than the latter. RDM-2 has been successfully applied in industry.
