乙醇水蒸气重整中Co/Al_2O_3催化剂制备及其性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用浸渍法制备Co/Al2O3催化剂。考察钴负载量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等制备条件对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,w(Co3O4)为10%的催化剂表现出较好的活性和选择性,其乙醇转化率达到86.4%,氢气选择性为44.9%。焙烧温度为500℃条件下和焙烧时间为4h条件下,催化剂均在其系列实验中表现出较好的催化剂活性和选择性。同时运用XRD、BET、TGA等手段对催化剂进行表征。 A series of Co/Al2O3 catalysts for ethanol steam reforming were prepared by impregnation method.Effects of cobalt loadings,calcination temperature,calcination time and other factors on the properties of the catalysts were investigated.The results showed that the catalyst containing 10% Co3O4 by mass and calcinated at 500℃ for 4 hours had the optimum catalytic performance,and the conversion of ethanol and the selectivity to hydrogen were 86.4% and 44.9%,respectively.XRD,BET and TGA were used to investigate the specific surface area and the resistance to carbon deposition of the catalysts.
