摘要
分析了可持续发展与环境法之间的关系,认为:可持续发展理论是环境法的理论基础,环境法是实施可持续发展的有力手段之一;应加快相应配套法规的建设并与其它手段结合起来,共同促进可持续发展。
Sustainbale development has become an important strategy to ev ery country for its economics and society's development. This paper particulaly demonstrated the relationship between the sustainbale development and the enviro nment protection law. It is pointed out the sustainbale development is the theor etical base of the environment protection law,while the latter is a powerful mea ns for the former implication. On the other hand, we should imcorporate the law means with other means so that promote the sustainbale development.
