摘要
在甘肃国民经济的发展中,矿产资源占有很重要的地位,它为经济的发展提供大部分的矿物原料。随着经济的发展,矿产资源对国民经济的影响也越来越大。为保证国民经济的健康发展,政府部门在制定各项政策时,都要树立科学发展观,将人口、资源、环境的关系作为一项非常重要的课题来研究。甘肃省的人均矿产资源的占有量低,利用方式较为粗放,在矿产资源的开发中存在许多问题,为了解决诸多矛盾,合理利用矿产资源,必须走矿产资源可持续发展的道路。
The mineral resources play an important role in the development of the national economy in Gansu province. Its impact on the national econoray become greater and greater with the development of economy. But there are a lot of questions in the exploitation of the mineral resources. The average possession of the mineral resources per person in Gansu province is low, and the utilization of the mineral resources is coarse, In order to solve these contradictions, the utilization of the mineral resources should be guided by the concept of sustainable development.
