摘要
目的 探讨膀胱移行细胞癌Survivin表达程度与分级的关系 ,以及尿脱落细胞中Survivin表达的意义。方法 采用免疫组化方法检测膀胱移行细胞癌中Survivin的表达 ,并用免疫组化图像分析系统分析其阳性率及表达程度。结果 Survivin在各级膀胱移行细胞癌中都有表达 ,但表达的程度不同 ,I级膀胱移行细胞癌呈弱阳性,Ⅱ级膀胱移行上皮细胞癌呈中度阳性,Ⅲ级膀胱移行上皮细胞癌呈强阳性。结论 Survivin是诊断膀胱移行细胞癌的优良指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of apoptosis_inhibitory protein survivin in bladder transitional cell carcinoma(TCC) and its application in diagnosis of TCC.Methods The survivin was detected by immunohistochemical and immunocytochemical assay respectively in paraffin embedded sections and urine samples.The percent age of positive cells and quantitative analysis were made by immunohistochemical image analysis system.Results Survivin was expressed in all paraffin embedded sections of TCC,and 26 of 27 samples of urinary exfoliative cells.Conclusions The results suggest that survivin be a good marker for TCC.Detection of survivin in urinary exfoliative cell samples can be used as a screening test.
