摘要
创新能力培养和提高是研究生教育的重中之重。让学生进入学术前沿 ,引导学生深入实际、发现问题并提出解决问题的方案 ,鼓励学生敢于向传统挑战 ,建立良好的师生关系 。
It is most important to cultivate the ability of innovation in all postgraduates programs. The paper argues that a favorable environment be set up to encourage and facilitate innovative efforts.
