摘要
随着研究生教育的相对独立性日益突显,研究生教育思想研究也逐渐引起了学术界的重视。然而,作为研究生教育思想的核心,研究生教育人才理念研究还困难重重。从人的发展、研究生教育内在发展逻辑以及社会对研究生教育的外部需求三个维度出发,有利于建构研究生教育人才新理念。
With the advent of relative independence of graduate education, research on graduate education ideology is attracting increasing attention from the academic world. However, the research on human talent education is still in dilemma. This article attempts to reconstruct the new human talent view of graduate education from three dimensions of the human development, the internal development logic of graduate education and the external demand for post-graduates by society.
