摘要
通过回顾、分析1999年以来我院所获得的3篇全国优秀博士论文,总结院所博士研究生培养的经验和做法,认为在研究生教育过程中必须始终抓住培养创新精神和能力这根主线,加强学科建设和师资队伍建设,进而促进博士学位论文质量的提高.
In this article, we summarized our experience in cultivating doctoral students in our hospital and research institute through a retrospective analysis of the three dissertations which were awarded National Excellent Doctor's Theses since 1999. It was concluded that we must pay much attention to developing their innovative ability during doctoral education and strengthening the construction of discipline and teaching contingent so as to improve the quality of doctorate theses.
