摘要
研究了VB6在自制磷酸三丁酯 (TBP)修饰电极上的电化学行为。在NH3 ·H2 O~NH4 Cl缓冲液中开路富集一定时间 ,进行阳极化扫描 ,发现在 0 .94V(vs.SCE)处有一灵敏的氧化峰 ,峰电流和VB6的浓度在 2 0~ 90 μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系。本法用于药片中VB6的测定 。
This paper presents electrochemical behavior of VB 6 at TBP modified glassy electrode and also obtains the sensitive oxidative peak in NH 3·H 2O~NH 4Cl buffer solution (pH=8.5) with 0.5 min accumulation after anodizing scanning ,the peak power and the VB 6 solubility indicate a good linear relation over the rang 20-90(g/ml). The method has applied to the determination of VB 6 in VB 6 tablet with satisfactory result.
