摘要
利用荧光光谱法对固体粉末面粉中痕量维生素B6(VB6)含量进行了研究。通过测量添加有VB6的硫酸钡固体粉末样品,得到峰值波长为405 nm的荧光光谱图,其荧光强度与VB6含量呈线性关系,相关系数R=0.997 6。采用上述方法对面粉样品进行测量,得到峰值波长为390 nm的荧光光谱图,其荧光强度与VB6含量呈线性关系,相关系数R=0.995 8。测得面粉中VB6含量为9.78±0.18μg/g,并分析了VB6在乙醇溶液、硫酸钡固体粉末及面粉粉末中的光谱特性,同时阐述了荧光光谱峰蓝移和光谱展宽的原因。
The concentration of trace vitamin B6 in solid powder flour is detected for the first time by the fluorescence spectroscopy.Through measuring solid barium sulfate samples added with accurate amount of vitamin B6,the emission spectrum with peak wavelength at 405 nm is obtained,and the fluorescence intensity is linear with the concentration of vitamin B6,with a regression coefficient of 0.997 6.According to above method,the emission spectrum of solid flour samples with peak wavelength at 390 nm is gained.The fluorescence intensity of it is also linear with the concentration of vitamin B6,with a regression coefficient of 0.995 8.The measured concentration of vitamin B6 in flour is 9.78±0.18 μg/g.The spectral characteristics of vitamin B6 in EtOH solution,barium sulfate and flour powder are analyzed.The reasons for blue shift of peak wavelength and broadening of spectra are also demonstrated.
