摘要
玻碳电极 (GCE)经阳极氧化 (+1.8V)和循环扫描 (- 1.5 V~ +1.6 V)的方法预处理得到的电化学活化玻碳电极 (PGCE) ,在 0 .2 mol/ L PBS(p H6 .0 )中 ,循环伏安图有一对氧化还原峰。用循环伏安法、线性扫描伏安法和示差脉冲伏安法研究了 VB6 在 PGCE上的电化学行为 ;这种 PGCE亦可用来研究 VB6 的代谢产物 ,并同时测定 VB6及吡哆醛的两种异构体。
In this paper,an electrochemically activated glassy carbon electrode(PGCE) was acheived by means of anodization at potential +1.8V(vs.SCE) and then potential cycling between 1.5V and +1.6V in 0.2mol/L PBS at pH6.0.A pair of redox peak was observed.The electrochemical behavior of Vitamin B 6(pyridoxine) on PGCE has been investigated by using cyclic voltammetry,linear sweep voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry.This kind of PGCE can be used for the studies of metabolite of Vitamin B 6,and the simultaneous determination of pyridoxine and isomerides of pyridoxal.
