摘要 目的研究医院感染患者的营养状况,探讨营养失调患者医院感染规律。方法用体重指数(BMI)和血清转铁蛋白值评价530例医院感染患者的营养状况,回顾性分析不同营养状况下的医院感染特点。结果医院感染患者存在较严重的营养失调,22.08%(117例)明显消瘦,13.96%(74例)过度肥胖,均明显高于参考对照(P<0.05)。不同营养失调类型可有不同的感染易患部位。结论对严重营养失调患者应进行有目的的医院感染监控,并对其进行合理的营养指导及饮食调配。 Objective To study the nutritional status of patients with hospital infection,so as to investigate the pattern of hospital infection in malnorished patients.Methods The nutritional status was estimated with BMI and transferrin in530cases with hospital infection.The relationship of the site of hospital infection and the type of malnutrition was analysed.Results Severe malnutrition was observed in the patients with hospital infection:22.08%(117cases)were thin and13.96%(74cases)were fat,which were higher than that in the control group.The different type of malnutrition would have the different susceptible sites of hospital infection.Conclusions We should give a special surveillance of hospital infection to the patients with severe malnutrition.Give these patients rational diet regulation and adequate nutrition.
