摘要
目的控制医院感染,提高医疗效益。方法通过计算降低医院感染的发生率,评估可以为我院降低的医疗成本及为我院带来的医疗效益。结果以2008年为例,我院医院感染率所致的直接损失为195.6万,不能计算的经济损失为人均少创国民生长3041.76元。控制医院感染率,可以为我院增加180.045万的纯收入。结论控制医院感染,并不是一项只消耗、无收益的工作。控制医院感染,不仅减少患者的痛苦和经济负担,减少一些医疗纠纷,而且可以加快病床的周转,提高医疗设备的使用率,减少医药资源的浪费,增加医院的收入,提高医院的医疗质量及信誉,从成本效益角度而言,所得的效益角度而言,所得的效益远大于成本。
Objective To control nosocomial infection improve the medical benefits.Methods Evaluate how many health-care cost can be saved and how much medical benefit can be brought to us through reduce the incident of nosocomial infection.Results In 2008 for example,our hospital＇s nosocomial infection caused the direct losses for 195.6 million yuan,cannot calculate the economic loss of per capita gross national production growth 3 041.76 yuan.Control the nosocomial infection can increase for our hospital 180.045 million net income.Conclusion To control nosocomial infection is not anything with consumes only and no gains.Control nosocomial infection,not only reduce the patient＇s pain and economic burden,reduce some of the medical dispute,but also can accelerate sickbed turnover,improve medical equipment usage rate,reduce pharmaceutical waste of resources,increase the hospital revenue,improve hospital medical quality and reputation.From the cost-benefit perspective,income benefit perspective,income benefit far outweigh the costs.
