摘要
本研究以常规饲养肉鸡和蛋鸡作为试验动物 ,采用电刺激和静脉输钾 2种方法诱发室颤 ,以探讨禽室颤阈测定的方法。结果显示 :1 )电刺激方法诱发试验鸡室颤成功率为 94.71 % (1 97/ 2 0 8) ,其中肉鸡为1 0 0 % (84/ 84) ,蛋鸡为 91 .87% (1 1 3/ 1 2 4 ) ;2 )静脉输钾方法 ,试验鸡诱发室颤成功率为 88.0 6% (1 1 8/ 1 34) ,其中肉鸡为 88.46% (46/ 52 ) ,蛋鸡为 87.80 % (72 / 82 )。试验认为电刺激和静脉输钾均可以成功诱导鸡发生室颤 ,用电刺激方法的成功率高于静脉输钾方法 。
The purpose of this study was to induce the ventricular fibrillation(VF) and measure the ventricular fibrillation threshold(VFT)in chickens. Chickens were induced VF by the electric stimulation(ES) or KCl i.v. methods. The results were as follows: 1)in the ES method,94.71% of chickens were successfully induced ventricular fibrillation(VF), including 100% of broiler chickens and 91.87% of laying chicken. 2)By KCl,88.06% of chickens were successfully induced VF,including 88.46% in broiler chickens and 87.80% in laying chickens. It showed that: 1)both ES and KCl infusion which could induce VF in chickens;Chickens were induced VF by ES more easily than by KCl. 2)Broiler chickens were more sensitive to VF than laying chickens by both methods.
