摘要
对不同性别肉鸡的心肌易颤性、血清酶活性和电解质水平进行了比较,结果表明:(1)雄性肉鸡的电刺激诱颤阈和输钾诱颤阈均显著低于雌性肉鸡(P<0.05),二者均表明雄性肉鸡的心肌易颤性高于雌性肉鸡;(2)冷加压试验:冷加压5 min内心率和PT波宽出现了显著的变化,而且变化幅度雄性肉鸡均明显大于雌性肉鸡,提示雄性肉鸡的心肌易颤性高于雌性肉鸡;(3)雄性肉鸡LDH活性和CK活性极显著高于雌性肉鸡(P<0.01),而AST活性无显著差异(P>0.05);(4)K+、Na+、Cl-浓度均无显著差异(P>0.05)。
Sudden death syndrome is one of serious diseases in broiler chickens . The occurrence of SDS maybe has relationship with the change of ventricular vulnerability according to the previously studies. The purpose of this study is to contrast the ventricular vulnerability, serum enzyme activities and serum electrolyte levels between broiler chickens in different sex. Results were as follows: (1)Ventricular fibrillation threshold induced by KC1 and by electric stimulate of male broiler chickens were significantly lower than those of female (P 〈0. 05), showed that the ventricular vulnerability of male broiler chickens were higher than those of female. (2) By cold and pressure test, heart rate and PT-wave width were significantly changed in five minutes and the changes in male broiler chickens were much higher than in female, indicated that the ventricular vulnerability of male broiler chickens were higher than those of female, (3) Serum enzyme activities of male broiler chickens were significant higher than those of female (P 〈0.01), including lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and creatine kinase (CK), but aspartate amino transferase(AST)between male and female was not significant different (P 〈 0.05). (4)Such serum electrolyte levels as K^+ , Na^+ and Cl^- were not significant different between male and female broiler chickens (P 〉0.05).
