摘要
报道固体铁系超强酸作为酯化催化剂 ,并研究了用此催化剂催化合成水杨酸异丙酯 ,实验结果表明 :水杨酸与异丙醇的投料比n酸∶n醇 =1∶6 ,催化剂的用量占反应物总投料质量的 6 % ,反应时间为 4h ,得产物水杨酸异丙酯 ,其产率达到 94 .5 % .
A synthesis of isopropyl salicylicate using solid ferric sulphate as catalyst is reported. In the presence of 6% of the catalyst (with respect to the total mass of the two reactants), reaction of salicylic acid with isopropanol (in 1:6 molar ratio) for 4 h gives isopropyl salicylicate in 94% yield. The properties of the catalyst is also discussed.
