摘要
SO_4~2/Fe_2O_3超强酸是由3种来源的Fe_2O_3制备而成。研究了H_2SO_4浓度、焙烧温度、以及其它制备条件对催化活性的影响。实验结果表明:3种SO_4^(2-)/Fe_2O_3对乙酸/丁醇的酯化反应均有活性。最佳结果是在2h之内,转化率>90%。经XRD分析,在SO_4~2/Fe_2O_3中无硫酸盐存在。
The SO_4^(2-)/Fe_2O_3 super-acid catalyst were prepared from three types of Fe_2O_3 which are turned from FeCl_3,Fe (NO_3)_3 and Fe(OH)_3.Effect of concentration of H_2SO_4 Solution with which Fe_2O_3 is treated and calcining temperature as Well as other factor on activity of cataisyts had been investigated.It was showed that three types of SO_4^(2-)/Fe_2O_3 cata- lyst are active to the esterffication of CH_3COOH/C_4H_9OH,the best result is that conversion of reactants is higher than 90% in two hours.No sulfate has been found in SO_4^(2-)/Fe_2O_3 by XRD.
