摘要
目的 :研究食用荞麦与血糖及糖尿病的关系。方法 :应用流行病学现况调查方法 ,对主食荞麦与非荞麦区人群进行血糖水平和糖尿病患病率调查 ;应用葡萄糖氧化酶方法测血糖 ;糖尿病诊断采用 WHO建议用于流行病学工作标准。结果 :主食荞麦区人群平均血糖水平为 3.90± 1.12 m mol/ L,非主食荞麦区人群平均血糖水平为 4 .5 6± 1.11mm ol/ L,差别显著(P<0 .0 1) ;糖尿病患病率主食荞麦区为 0 .95 % ,非主食荞麦区为 1.4 2 %。结论 :主食荞麦区人群血糖水平和糖尿病患病率均低于非主食荞麦区人群 ,荞麦有降血糖作用。
Objective:To study the relationship between buckwheat in diet and blood glucose concentration(BGC) as well as the prevalence rate of diabetes mellitus(DM).Method:The prevalence rate of DM was investigated according to WHO diagnosis standard and blood glucose concentration was determined by glucose oxidase assay in buckwheat diet group and non-buckwheat diet group.Results:Average BGC in buckwheat diet group was 3.90±1.12mmol/L,while 4.56±1.11mmol/L in non-buckwheat diet group.The result showed statistical significance( P <0.01).The prevalence rate of DM was 0.75% in buckwheat diet group and 1.42% in non-buckwheat diet group.Conclusion:BGC and the prevalence rate of DM were lower in buckwheat group than in non-buckwheat group.Buckwheat in diet mainly influences BGC and the prevalence rate of DM.
