摘要
本文利用我国南方一种野生菊科植物和山茶科植物的提取物,配成单剂和混剂,对棉蚜以及扁豆蚜虫进行室内外的药效试验。对棉蚜室内毒力测定Lc5o为11.42ppm;对棉蚜群体Lc90的95%置信区间为85.08～94.4ppm.田间小区试验,用781ppm浓度喷雾,10天后防效仍可维持93.95%以上,药效期长。特别是上述两种提取物同浓度等量混配后使用,杀蚜的效果比单成分使用可提高7.36倍,有很强的增效作用。
A Series of laboratory and field experiments were carried out in using Ageratochromene for control of Aphis gossypii Clover and Brevicornyne bras-sicae L.Results showed that Ageratochromene is a highly toxic insecticide to theAphids.The concenfration applied is Lc_(50)11.42ppm in laboratory experiments andLc_(90) 89.74ppm to the Aphid population.On the field experiments,sprays of Age-ratochromene in the range of 781ppm gave 93.95% mortality after 10 days.Whennatural product“87825”and Ageratochromene are mixed in the same concentrationand applied,the effect on control of Aphids raise(increased)7.36 times.
