茶皂素对尼索朗杀灭桔全爪螨的增效作用 被引量:8

摘要 本文就茶皂素对尼索朗杀灭桔全爪螨的增效作用,进行了室内及田间药效试验。按茶皂素和尼索朗的有效成分比30.5∶1.5混配成32%416杀螨剂乳油,室内杀卵试验结果表明:茶皂素单剂不杀卵,5%尼索朗单剂LC500.2191ug/ml,混剂LC500.2326ug/ml,增效61.8倍。田间药效试验结果表明:32%416乳油稀释2000、2500、3000倍液,施药后第3天防治效果分别为99.2%、98.0%、96.5%;第40天分别为98.8%、98.7%、96.2%。5%尼索朗乳油2000倍液对照,第3与第40天分别为+11.6%(虫口增加)和100%。茶皂素在农药乳油中的增效作用,使尼索朗有效成分用量减少70%,有极显著的社会。 The Synergism of teasaponin on killing Panonychus citri Mcg of hexythiazox was assaged both in the laboratory and in the fields. A mixed insectcide EC of 32% active components was made up of 95.3% teasaponin and 4.7% hexythiazox. The results of tests in the laboratory showed teasaponin alone couldn't kill the eggs; While the LC 50 of 5% hexythiazox EC alone is 0.2191 ug/ml, the LC 50 of the mixed insectcide which synergized 61.8 times is 0.2326 ug/ml. The results of trials in the fields showed that when the 32% 416 EC was diluted 2000, 2500, 3000 times and sprayed, the control efficiency of the 3th day and the 40th. day were 99.2%,98.0%, 96.5%; 98.8%,98.7%and 96.2% respectively, while the effect of the 3th day and the 40th day of the contrast-5% hexythiazox diluted 2000 times, were +11.6%(increased) and 100% . The Synergism of teasaponin in insectcides EC could decrease 70% the amount of hexythiazox, so the social, ecological and economical efficiency was quite significant.
