摘要
探讨了影响聚苯乙烯制品力学性能测试的因素,从制样过程及分析测试时操作者的行为等方面进行了研究。结果表明,了解测试过程的误差来源、正确操作方法、减少测量误差是提高测试准确性的必要条件;严格执行试样制备的工艺条件,是保证测试结果重现性的关键因素。
The influencing factors of the mechanical property test of polystyrene products were discussed, ineluding the sample preparation, sampling process and the operators' means during the test. Finding out the error source during the test, correct operation and decreasing the test error are the essential conditions to raise the accuracy of the test result. Carrying out strictly the technical conditions for the sample preparation is the key factor to ensure the reproducibility of the test result.
