摘要
介绍热塑性塑料冲击强度的概念,从材料选择、注射成型工艺、制品结构设计、模具设计、制件后处理等方面分析了影响热塑性塑料注塑件冲击强度的因素,并针对不同因素提出了相应的对策和提高热塑性塑料注塑件冲击强度的方法。
The defination of impact strength is introduced. The factors including material selection, forming technology, design of product structure, design of mould and post-treatment are which affect impact strength fully analwed, The corresponding countermeasures and methods of improving impact strength are given according to different affecting factors.
