电场辅助阳极连接机制研究进展

摘要 介绍了电场辅助阳极连接方法与传统焊接方法相比所具有的优点 ,连接过程中所观测到的物理现象以及电场辅助阳极连接技术的应用。回顾了过去三十多年来对电场辅助阳极连接物理和化学机制方面的一些基础研究工作 ,将不同的观点作了比较 ,指出了目前在这一领域较为一致的看法和存在的分歧 ,最后还提出了具有研究意义的几个问题。 Introduced the method of electrical field assisted anodic bonding, its merits in comparison with the convertional welding, physical phenomena observed during the anodic bonding process, and applications of the technique. Fundamental research in the last more than thirty years is reviewed. Different views and results concerning the physical and chemical mechanism of the anodic bonding are compared and contrasted, and commonly accepted viewpionts and differences are pointed out. At the end of the paper, several suggestions of research interest are proposed.
