摘要
研究了不同碳源及浓度对红发夫酵母Phaffiarhodozyma生长及虾青素积累的影响 .结果表明碳源浓度在 2 0~ 30 g/L范围内对红发夫酵母生长及虾青素合成有利 .在所研究的碳源中 ,糖蜜有利于生长 ,而木糖有利于虾青素积累 .采用木糖和糖蜜的混合碳源 ,虾青素产量达到 1.9mg/L .
This paper investigated the effects of carbon sources and concentration on the growth of Phaffia rhodozyma and the accumulation of astaxanthin. The result showed that the concentration of 20~30 g/L was beneficial to the growth of Phaffia rhodoyma and the accumulation of astaxanthin. Among the carbon sources investigated, molasses was the most beneficial to cell growth while xylose was the most beneficial to the accumulation of astaxanthin. When mixed carbon soource of molasses and xylose was used, the output of astaxanthin reached 1.9 mg/L.
