摘要
以裸燕麦幼叶切段为外植体建立了体细胞无性系,愈伤组织在不同种类和浓度的植物激素作用下,可通过胚状体发生和器官发生两条途径再生成完整植株,继代培养10个月后,愈伤组织仍有产生胚状体的能力。
The somatic clone was established in tissue cultures of young leafof Arena nuda. Plantlets were produced by embryogenesis or organoge-nesis. The developed pathway of callus may be altered by adjustinghormonal concentrations in media. After subcultures for ten months,the callus still possessed the ability to give rise to embryoids.
