摘要
对7个籼型光敏雄性不育系及其杂交F_1进行花药培养的研究发现,光敏不育水稻虽然雄性不育,但其愈伤诱导率、绿苗产量均高于常规籼稻品种以及籼/籼、籼/粳杂交F_1,光敏雄性不育系的花培后代植株中,单倍体、二倍体、多倍体的出现频率与常规品种花培后代相似,在二倍体植株中,光敏雄性不育系及其互交F1的花粉植株,90%以上都能保持长日照下雄性不育的特性;光敏雄性不育系与常规品种杂交F1的花粉植株中,大约有25%的雄性不育株。
The anthers of hybrid Fihtween 7 indica photosensitive male sterile lines(p一ms)and ricevaricties were cultured. AIthough photosensitlve n1ale sterile rice was male sterile,the freguency of cailus in-duction and yield of green plantlet were higher genenal indica rice,F1of indica/indica and indica/Japonica。A-mong the poIlon plants from p一ms lines and hybrid F1,the frequency of haploid,dipfoid and polyploid wassimilar to the frequency of normal rice varieties。Among tbe diploid plants, from p一ms lines and their hybridF1 genenal retained the fervour of male sterile under long day一length condition,fromF1 between p一ms lineand a nornial rice,the ratio of male sterlle plant to the total pollen plant was abeut 25%。Miai 64s,a newphotosensitive male sterile Itne with wide compatibility was bred from anther cuIture of F1 of (Miyang 42s∥Miyang 42s/peiai 64).The resuIt shOwed,the efficiency of 3~4fold for male sterile polfon plant was raisedif male sterile plant segregated in BC F1 were selected and used as the donor plants for anther cuIture。It isconcloned that a new photothermo or photo/thermo一interactive sensitive male sterile line might be bred byanther culture method。
