摘要
水稻成熟种子在组织培养过程中受着其所带胚乳量的影响。种子的胚乳量愈少,则始愈期愈早,愈伤组织的胚性愈强,分化率愈高;反之,种子所带的胚乳量愈多,则始愈期推迟,愈伤组织的出愈速度、早期愈伤组织生长速度愈快,但后期愈伤组织的生长速度下降得愈快,受胚乳代谢残留物质的毒害愈强,愈伤组织的分化率愈弱。这样,根据研究的需要采用不同胚乳量的种子进行组培试验,以便达到理想的试验目的。
During the process of the culture in vitro of mature rice seeds, the amount of endosperm that the seed carries on anects the calllus’formation, callus’character and its differentiation. The less the amount of endosperm carried on the seed is,the earlier the callus forms from it,the more powerful the regenerating capacity of callus from it is and the higher the differentiat-ing capacity of the callus is. On the contrary the more the amount of endosperm carried on theseed is,the later the callus forms from it,the greater the speeds of callus formation and theearlier growth of the callus are,and the faster the latergrowth of the callus decreases,thegreater poisoning from the remaining materials of the endosperin on the callus is,and the lowerthe differentiating frequency of the callus is. So different types of seeds with different amountof endosperm may be used in the experiment as materials according to the research aim.
