摘要
在改良1/2WPM培养基中加入0.6mg/LIBA和不同含量活性炭(0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%、0.25%)诱导蓝莓组培苗生根,研究活性炭对蓝莓组培苗生根的影响。结果表明,当培养基中含活性炭0.10%~0.20%时,培养30d左右有根发生,培养50d后生根率比对照(不加活性炭)增加66.0%~91.8%;培养基中加入0.10%活性炭可抑制组培苗落叶,促进组培苗健壮生长。
0.6 mg/L IBA and different doses (0.05%,0.10%,0.15%,0.20% and 0.25%) of activated carbon were added into improved 1/2WPM medium for inducing tissue-cultured seedlings of blue berry to root.Then the effect of activated carbon on rooting of tissue-cultured seedlings of blue berry was studied.The results indicated that when the content of activated carbon in medium was 0.10%-0.20%,there was root generated after culture for about 30 d;after culture for 50 d,its rooting rate was increased by 66.0%-91.8% in comparison with CK (without activated carbon);the addition of 0.10% activated carbon in medium could inhibit defoliation of tissue-cultured seedlings and promote their healthy growth.
