摘要
孔源性视网膜脱离的手术复位率已达 90 %以上 ,但术后视功能恢复仍不理想。手术前后的多种因素都会影响视力的恢复 ,手术时机及术式对预后也至关重要。
The ratio of retinal restoration in surgery treatment of rhegmatogenous detachment of retina was above 90 percent, but the visual function after surgery is not satisfaction. Some factors before and after operation could influence the restoration of visual acuity. It was important to select surgical occasion and technique. Integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine therapy could be effect for improvement of visual function after surgery.
