摘要
目的研究复明片对视网膜脱离时及复位后Mueller细胞神经胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)表达的影响。方法将48只家兔随机分为4组,每组12只,用视网膜下腔注射透明质酸钠的方法建立视网膜脱离动物模型,10~14天后视网膜自动复位。正常组、模型组予生理盐水,西药组予西药混合溶液。复明片组予复明片混悬液灌胃,分别观察术后1周、3周视网膜Mueller细胞GFAP表达情况。结果术后1周、3周复明片组GFAP染色OD值均较相同时间点模型组及西药组显著降低(P〈0.01)。结论复明片能抑制Mueller细胞对损伤的过度反应,减少GFAP表达的量及范围,起到保存视细胞再生与恢复所需空间,保护正常的视网膜组织形态结构的作用,从而促进网膜复位后视功能恢复。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of fuming (复明) tablet on Mueller's GFAP expression in detachment and reattachment retinas of rabbit models.METHODS 48 rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 12 in each. 12 ones were taken as healthy controls and fed with normal Saline, the others in model group, western medicine group and fuming tablet group were prepared as RD models by injecting sodium halyuronate (Helen) into subretinal spaces, and the detached retinas were reattached automatically in 10 - 14 days. They were administered with normal saline, western medicines suspension and fuming tablet suspension respectively, then the GFAP's expressions were observed in postoperative 1 weeks and 3 weeks. RESULTS In two time phrase (postoperative 1 week and 3 weeks), the OD values of GFAP labeling in fuming tablet group were significantly lower than those of model group and western medicine group (P〈0.01) .CONCLUSIONS Fuming tablet can inhibit MUller cells' overreact to traumas and decrease the amount and spread of the GFAP's expression, leaving necessary spaces for visual cells' recovery and regeneration and protecting the normal retinal morphological structure, hence boost the recovery of the vision function.
