摘要
目的探讨球囊顶压最小量视网膜脱离手术的效果。方法26例(26眼)孔源性视网膜脱离用球囊进行巩膜外顶压,以封闭裂孔,促进视网膜复位,再行视网膜激光光凝。结果一次手术复位率96(25/26)。补充激光1眼,联合玻璃体腔注气(C3F8)1眼,矫正视力由术前的数指～0.3提高到术后的0.6～1.0,3～18个月无复发。结论球囊顶压最小量视网膜脱离手术简便易行、损伤小、恢复快、效果好、并发症少、手术时间短。
Objective To discuss the effect of minimum detachment operation of retina by sacculus goring and pressing.Methods Twenty-six cases（26 eyes） with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment were treated with goring and pressing the episclera with self-made sacculus to block the slit pores and to improve the reattachment of retina.Retinal photo-coagulation was carried out.Results The restoring ratio by one single operation was as high as 96%（25 in 26 cases）.There was one eye for the complementary laser and one for the combined insufflation of vitreous cavity（C3F8）.The corrected vision improved to 0.6 to 1.0 from FC to 0.3 before the treatment,and no recurrence happened during three to eighteen months after the treatment.Conclusion Minimum detachment operation of retina by sacculus goring and pressing is a simple and feasible method,which seldom induces the syndrome and only takes a short operation time.
