摘要
目的 探讨雷公藤多甙片对甲状腺相关眼眶病变的疗效。方法 86例 ( 86只眼 )甲状腺功能正常的甲状腺相关眼眶病变患者分为观察组 60例和对照组 2 6例。观察组口服雷公藤多甙片 2 0mg,每日 3次 ;对照组口服维生素B1 2 0mg和维生素C片 2 0 0mg ,每日 3次 ,分别观察两组的疗效。结果 观察组 54例患者眼部异常表现消失或减轻 ,3例无变化 ,3例患者眼部异常表现加重。对照组中 4例患者眼部部分异常表现减轻 ,1 0例患者眼部异常表现无变化 ,1 2例患者眼部部分异常表现加重。结论 雷公藤多甙片对甲状腺功能正常的中轻度甲状腺相关眼眶病变患者具有较好的疗效 。
OBJECTIVE To investigate clinical effect of multi-glycoside tabella of tripterygium wilfordii in treatment of thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy (TAO). METHODS Eighty-six patients (86 eye) with euthyroid TAO were divided randomly into the treated group (60 cases) and control group (26 cases). The patients were given multi-glycoside tabella of tripterygium wilfordii orally, three times per day, 20mg at each time in the treatment group. Vitamin B 1 and vitamin C were given orally three times per day, 20mg and 200mg respectively at each time in the control group. we observed therapeutic effect respectively in two groups.RESULTS Abnormal ocular signs of 54 cases disappeared or relieved, 3 cases remained initial sings, and 3 cases became worse in treated group. Part of signs in 4 cases relieved, 10 cases in control group has no change, part of signs in 12 cases became worse.CONCLUSION Effect of multi-glycoside tabella of tripterygium wilfordii could be available in treatment of euthyroid patients with mild to moderate TAO, and could relieves complications of this disease.
