摘要
目的:观察齐律饮治疗病毒性心肌炎并心律失常的疗效。方法:治疗组口服齐律饮,每日1次;对照组口服辅酶Q1020mg,维生素C片0.2g,每天3次。15d为1疗程。结果:治疗组86例中,临床治愈46例,好转38例,无效2例,有效率99.67%;对照组82例中,临床治愈29例,好转41例,无效12例,有效率85.37%。结论:齐律饮治疗病毒性心肌炎并心律失常有较好的疗效。
Objective: To observe the effect of Qi Lu Decoction on viral myocarditis with arrhythmia. Method: The patients in the treatment group were given Qi Lu Decoction orally, once a day, while the patients in the control group were given 20mg of Coenzyme Q10 and 0.2 g of Vitamin C, 3 times daily. Patients in both groups received 15-day treatment as a course. Result: Of 86 cases in the treatment group, 46 were completely cured; 38 got better and 2 cases showed no effect, the total effect being 99.67%. By contrast, of 82 cases in the control group, 29 were cured; 41 improved and 12 showed no effect, the total effect being 85.37%. Conclusion: Qi Lu Decoction is greatly effective in treating viral myocarditis with arrhythmia.
