摘要
根据我国锰矿资源条件 ,结合现行的熔剂法工艺在电炉中冶炼高碳锰铁和锰硅合金 ,通过对多项主要技术经济指标的对比和可行性分析表明 ,高硅酸性锰矿采用无熔剂法或少熔剂法工艺生产锰硅合金 ,既可提高锰和硅的回收率 ,增加铁合金产量 ,使锰矿资源得到更充分的利用 ;又可降低能耗和原料的消耗 ,使产品的生产成本降低 。
Based on the domestic manganese mineral resources and the common fluxe smelting processes for high carbon ferromanganese and Mn Si ferroalloy by submerged electric furnace, the main technological and economic indexes were compared and analyzed. The results show that using the domestic manganese ores with high silica content to produce Mn Si ferroalloys by the smelting processes without flux or with a little flux can facilitate the recovery of manganese and silicon, enhance the ferroalloy output and the mineral resources utility, and increase the economy profit. Meanwhile, which can also reduce the consumption of energy and mineral resources, as well as the production cost.
