摘要
近10年来,钢中喂钙芯线处理和微合金化技术发展很快。钢经钙处理后,更加洁净,钢中氧化物、硫化物夹杂变态,钢水流动性得到改善,并对产品的冶金性能有一定影响。 喂芯线与喷粉相比,主要优点为:元素收得率高而有效,热损失少,污染少,投资费用低以及操作简单。
The cored wire feeding technique for calcium treatment and microallying of steel has advanced rapidly during the past ten years. With calcium treatment it is possible to produce clearer steel, modify oxide and fo Sulphide inclusions and to improre castability and metallurgical p operties steel products.As compared with powder injection, the main important aduantages of cored wire feeding can be summarised in: much better efficiency, higher recovery of elements, less heat loss, less pollution, lower investment costs and easy to operate.
