摘要
采用硅锰渣作为主要原料,配以黏土、硅藻土制作基础坯体,再外掺成孔剂研制生态渗水砖,讨论分析了原料配方与生产工艺对渗水砖性能的影响。实验结果表明,采用合理的配方和制备工艺,可制备出性能达到JC/T945—2005《透水砖》指标要求的生态渗水砖,既解决了环境污染问题,又可取得一定的经济与社会效益。
Ecology water penetrable brick was prepared taking siliconmanganese slag as main raw material and mixed with clay and diatomite to make basic body then adding pore forming agent. The affect of burden composition and manufacturing process on performance of the brick were discussed and analyzed. The result of experiments indicates that the performance of ecology water penetrable brick which is up to the index of standard JC/T 945-2005 "Water Permeable Brick" can be attained by adopting reasonable formulation and manufacturing process. This not only solves the problem of environmental pollution, but also gets some economic and social benefit.
