摘要
水淬锰硅合金废渣是生产锰硅合金时产生的一种工业废渣。为高效综合利用水淬锰硅合金废渣,研究利用ICP-AES、XRD、SEM-EDS等对其特性进行检测,并分析其制备免烧透水砖的可行性。结果表明,水淬锰硅合金废渣疏松多孔、呈灰绿色、细小颗粒状。其粒径大部分集中在0.34 mm以上,约占72.33%;主要化学成分为SiO_2和Al_2O_3,主要以非晶相形式存在,矿物相含量较少。废渣中的各项危险金属离子浸出含量均符合国家标准要求,放射性符合建筑材料放射性核元素限量中的C类装修材料要求,可作为生产免烧透水砖的主要原料。
Water-quenched ferromanganese-silicon slag is a kind of industrial waste slag when producing ferromanga-nese-silicon. In this article, the characteristics of water-quenched ferromanganese-silicon slag is detected by ICP- AES, XRD and SEM-EDS in order to use it efficiently and comprehensively. And the feasibility of producing burning- free water permeable bricks is assessed. The results show that the water-quenched ferromanganese-silicon slag are por-ous, gray-green and small particles. Its particle size is more than 0. 34 mm, accounting for about 72. 33% . The main chemical compositions is Si02 and A1203 , containing more amorphous phase and less mineral content. It meets the re-quirements of identification standards for hazardous waste-identification for extraction toxicity and limits of radionu-clides in the category of C class decorative materials. It can be used as main raw material to produce burning-free water permeable bricks.
