摘要
本组观察21例胸腰椎脊柱结核采用一期前路椎体间植骨并内固定治疗前后的体温及血沉变化,结合其治疗效果,认为体温及血沉曲线观察是该术式术后观察和随访的两项简单易行的指标。
Thisstudywasdesignedto observethechangesinthebodytemperatureanderythrocytesedimentationrateof pa-tientswiththoracolumbartuberculosiswho receivedanteriorinterbodyautograftandinternalfixation.Theobservationcon-ducted in21casesestablishesthe2parametersas simpleandreliableindicatorsforpost-operativeassessmentof thepatients.
