摘要
目的探讨脊柱结核手术患者出院后康复训练对于保持手术疗效的意义。方法自2007年10月以来，对在本院进行脊柱结核病灶清除、减压、植骨、内固定术患者给予出院后康复训练指导，包括肢体运动功能训练、正确用药、合理饮食、情绪调控及并发症预防指导等。结果治疗组手术后一年日常生活活动功能评分（ADL）与手术后两周的评分有明显差异，而对照组差异不明显。结论以院外肢体运动训练为主的综合治疗、护理是影响脊柱结核手术疗效的重要因素。
Objective： To study the effect of out-hospital to lasted rehabilitation training on the spinal tuberculosis operation patients.Methods： The focus get rid of decompression bone graft internal fixation spinal tuberculosis patients were screening from OCT.2007, gived them to contiued rehabilitation training, limbs motor function training, correct medication, reasonable diet and emotions adjusted , complication prophylaxis after post-discharge.Result： One year later, the treated group activities of daily living grade （ADL） obviously advantaged postsurgery 2 weeks, the control group had no-difference.Conclusion： Out-hospital to lasted rehabilitation training and combined modality therapy caring were important factors on the spinal tuberculosis operation patients rehabilitation.
