摘要
目的对采用前路I期病灶清除、植骨、内固定治疗脊柱结核进行疗效观察。方法对 30例颈椎、胸椎 ,腰椎结核患者 ,采用I期脊柱前路病灶清除、椎体间植骨融合、内固定手术治疗及专科护理。结果平均随访 1.4年 ,优良率为 86 .7% ,植骨融合率达 90 % ,后凸矫正角度 14° ,术后无一例复发。结论脊柱结核采用I期病灶清除、植骨、内固定治疗 ,有利于重建脊柱稳定性 ,提高骨融合率 ,可纠正及预防脊柱后凸畸形 ,减少复发 ,减少或避免结核复发 ,而专科护理有得于防止并发症的发生。
Objective To review the efficacy and nursing care of anterior debridementand fusion with internal fixation in the treatment of cervical, thoracic or lumbar spine tuberculosis.Methods 30 patients with cervical, thoracic or lumbar spine tuberculosis were treated throughanterior debridement and fusion with internal fixation .They were nursing professionally post-operatively. Results All the patient were followed up during a period of mean 1.4 year.86.75% of the patients had an excellent or good result. And 90% of them got solid fusion.Kyphosis deformity was corrected postoperatively about 14 °without recurrent of deformity.Conclusion the patient with spine tuberculosis could be successfully treated by combination ofanterior debriement, fusion and internal fixation. The procedure allowed reconstruction of stability,improvemet of fusion, correction of deformity and avoiding recurrent of de:nursinog was of benefit to avoiding complication.
