摘要
以东北三省 10个大豆主栽品种的未成熟子叶为材料 ,采用MS附加 2 ,4 -D(2 0mg/L)培养基诱导体细胞胚胎发生 ,并观察分析大豆种子性状与出胚率的关系。结果表明 :大豆未成熟子叶长度与出胚率在一定范围内呈负相关 ;
Somatic embryogenesis was induced with immature cotyledons of 10 varieties in Northeast soybean cultured in MS medium containing 2,4-D (20mg/L). The relationship of seed traits and frequency of somatic embryogenesis was studied. The results showed that correlation coefficients of length of immature cotyledon and frequency of somatic embryogenesis was negatively significant. However, there was correlation between time of picking pod and maturity stage.
