摘要
在 p H3.1— 3.5的柠檬酸 - Na OH介质中 ,核酸 (fs DNA、y RNA)与阳离子表面活性剂 CTAB对阴离子染料间苯二酚黄的共振光散射光谱有协同增强作用。在最佳实验条件下 ,fs DNA、y RNA的线性范围均为 0— 4μg/ m L,检出限分别为 :8.1ng/ m L和 7.2 ng/ m L。据此建立了一种测定核酸的新方法。
In the pH range 3 1-3 5,nucleic acid and CTAB can enhance the RLS intensity of resorcinol yellow cooperatively and do not affect the peak location. Under optimal conditions, the method permits the determination of 0-4 0μg/mL for both fsDNA and yRNA. Their detection limits are 8 1ng/mL and 7 2ng/mL, respectively. A new method for determination of nucleic acid has been established.
