摘要
利用胶陀螺菇木、子实体和子囊孢子分离的方法得到胶陀螺菌种。通过培养及镜检观察试验 ,初步明确了胶陀螺菌丝体及子囊孢子的形态特征 ,并模仿自然生态环境人工木段栽培获得胶陀螺子实体。
Bulgaria inquinans strains were isolated from mushroom-wood,fruiting bccly and ascospores.Through culture and microscopic examination, we elementarily mastered the morphologic characteristics of its mycelia and ascospores. By imitating its natural eco-environment,we artifically-cultivated it on wood-logs and gained its fruiting bodies.
