摘要
测定了胶陀螺的营养成分 ,结果为总糖17 7% ,脂肪 2 18% ,蛋白质 10 93% ;氨基酸总量6 84% ,其中必需氨基酸为 45 6 2 % ,其它氨基酸为5 4 38% ;主要无机元素钙 3 87,镁 1 0 12 ,铁 0 32 4,磷3 6 7,锌 0 0 0 3 (单位 :g/g) ;挥发油的平均收率为0 0 7% ,经鉴定主要成分为邻苯二甲酸丁辛酯 ,棕榈酸 ,亚油酸 ,油酸 。
The results of determining nutrition Composition in Bulgaria inguinans show that total sugar,fat,total protein are respectively 17 7%,2 18%,10 93%;total amino acid is 6 84%(among them essential amino acids is 45 62%,other amino acids is 54 38%);calcium,magnesium,iron,phosphorus,zinc are respectively 3 868,1 012,0 324,3 674,0 003(unit:g/g);average obtainable rate of volatile oil is 0 07%,main composition is 1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid butyl octyl ester,Hexadecanoic acid,9,12-Octadecadienoic acid,Oleic acid and Cyclopentanecendecanoic acid.
