摘要
以 2 0个基因型的玉米自交系幼胚为材料 ,通过培养均获得愈伤组织 .研究结果表明 ,基因型、培养基成分、胚的大小、光等均影响培养效果 .
After 20 genotypes of immature embryo of maize were cultured,they had all obtained callus. The results of culture were effected by genotype, kind of medium,length of embryo and light.
