粗毛黄褐孔菌的人工驯化栽培 被引量:8

摘要 通过研究粗毛黄褐孔菌在不同母种培养基、原种培养基及栽培料上的生长速度,以及不同配方对产量的影响。结果显示粗毛黄褐孔菌菌丝在3种母种培养基上都能生长,且菌丝日平均生长速度差异不显著;菌丝在3种原种培养基都能生长,但以在配方A:棉籽壳97%、石膏1%、石灰2%中菌丝日平均生长速度最快;菌丝在各栽培料中都能生长且都能长出子实体,但以配方C:棉籽壳92%、麦麸5%、石膏1%、油渣1%、石灰1%,其生物转化率为最高。 The hypha growth of Inonotus hispidus in different culture media were studied including nutrient medium, mother culture medium and cultivating culture medium. The results indicated that the Inonotus hispidus hypha can grow in 3 culture medium and there is no significant difference about the growth rate of Inonotus hispidus in 3 formula media. The optimum for mula were composed of cotton seed hull 97%, gypsum 1%, lime 2%, in which the hypha grew fastest and best. There is no major difference in culture formula. The biological efficiency was highest in formula C, which were composed of cotton seed hull 97%, bran 5%, gypsum 1%, oil residue 1%, lime 1% .
