摘要
综合我国近十年有关甲壳素及壳聚糖的研究文献,概述了甲壳素及壳聚糖的制备与加工方法、基本性能与应用现状,同时提出了我国目前在甲壳素及壳聚糖的研究与应用中存在的问题及今后的发展方向。
This paper offers a review of chitin, chitosan and their derivatives, including the basic structure characteristics, preparation and process technique, essential performance and current applications by synthesizing relevant literature during the nearest decade in our country. Moreover, existent problem and development direction for the future are provided both in theory research and application.
