摘要
介绍了壳聚糖的研究概况、来源与结构、生物学作用机理等,综述了壳聚糖对反刍动物脂肪代谢、抗菌抑菌作用、免疫功能、瘤胃发酵、生产性能等方面的影响,以期为壳聚糖在反刍动物生产中的开发利用提供理论依据。
In order to provide theoretical basis for the exploitation and utilization of chitosan in ruminant production,this paper briefly introduced the developmental history,source,structure and biological action mechanism of chitosan,and summarized the effects of chitosan on the fat metabolism,antibacterial and bacteriostasis function,immune function,rumen fermentation and production performance of ruminants.
